My game cameras fog up at times and there's water on the inside of the lens when this happens. That ain't doin' the 'lectronics any good neither. A thought came to mind. You know those little desiccant cartridges/packs that come in pill bottles like aspirin? The ones that say "do not eat" on them? Take 1 or 2 of those and close them up inside your camera. Mine will dry out by the next day.

my stealthcam took 2284 pictures of NOTHING. it was awesome to look through shots after shot of trees. now it's set to 1 minute intervals and low sensitivity. we'll see what that gives me this weekend.

Which model do you have? 1 of mine has a PIR/TLS option, trigger versus timed shots. In the timed mode (TLS) it acted up on me one time when I had it set to take pics every few minutes all night long, and it decided to take pictures all day! I had thousands of extra shots, but they were actual pictures of what it was pointed at, not "nothing". I ran it a few days on PIR mode (regular triggered shots) and when I went back to TLS it worked fine. Like I said, they do have their "quirks". Yours may be as simple as pulling the batteries and resetting it (reboot). Do the desiccant trick since you found condensation! Electronics hate the water and may have been a culprit in my scenario above. Mine have room under the battery cover.

Throw a bag or two of desiccant in with the cam. I think you can get those little packages in a pair of new shoes.
