Moly Coated Bullets

What's the deal with moly coated bullets. A friend gave me 200 Hornady bullets that are moly coated, I normally don't use moly coated bullets. Any problems using them and then going back to non-moly coated jacked bullets? Any effect on the rifle barrel?

I use them. They leave the bore cleaner. They also leave the inside of the barrel looking like a black mirror.
I also go back and forth form moly and regular.
Reg bullets clean out the moly, that is about it.
