With the help of Poudre Noire:

and Repliques Old West:

http://repliquesoldwest.superforum.fr/t7403-catalogue-euromanufacture-a-mainardi-1980

I finally figured out what MOFRA on my Replica Arms (Marietta, Ohio) Paterson stands for and have followed them to a name that is on most of the brass case-set molds (moulds) that I own.

My High School French only got me so far with these sites so I had to use the "Translate This Page" link on my Goggle search.

MOFRA stands for de Mainardi Officina fabrica Replica Armi which simply translates to Mainardi Official manufacturer of Replica Arms.

Alamiro Mainardi started MOFRA in 1971 in Brescia, Italy and soon, with his brother, expanded to become Euromanufacture (nothing to do with Euroarms) of the double diamond (nothing to do with the FAP diamond of Pietta) logo (one diamond for each brother.)

Most of my brass molds have "Euromanufacture" stamped on the bottom of them but I had no idea Euromanufacture made so many other things.

Euromanufacture was bought out by Palmetto in the early 1980's.

Anybody have a Euromanufacture gun with double diamond logo?
