After reading four pages of search results, I am no closer to getting an answer to the question...
If using my m1a during a carbine course, how best to sling it during transition drills?
A standard 1907 is not going to work, nor will most standard slings. I am looking for something that will allow me to drop the rifle onto the sling without having to do gymnastic exercises to get it over a shoulder, or across the back or the usual carry modes of a standard end-to-end sling.
There are LOTS of M4gery slings. How to make one work on an m1a?
