This past two weeks in Milwaukee saw two more mob beatings of people. Some here may recall a similar event last year when a 30 year-old man was beaten to death by 16 kids.
Earlier this week, a 54 year-old mentally ill man was beaten to death by a mob of punks. Then, just the other day, a mob of 20 punks beat a 14 year-old into a coma, using 2x4's, and any other club they could get their hands on.

"Ald. Willie Hines said the crime and the one that occurred on July 4, when a 54-year-old man with schizophrenia was attacked by a group of young men and later died, highlight the need for more youth programs."
"Trouble began Thursday when there was a shoving match between the 14-year-old victim, who was with two brothers, and a younger boy during a recreation program at Brown Street Academy, the sister said."
