Thats a 10 FP, McMillian A-5 bedded in, slicked up bolt, Sightron 4X16 scope with Burris rings and bases.

Nice rifle!
I am really a fan of the Savage-it is a great alternative for those of us on an uber tight budget.

And they really shoot. 1/2 inch groups at 100 meters. So far I've nailed the man dummy targets at Ft. Huachuca up to 600 virtually erery time. I will use this later at 3 Points for a sniper match.

Really like the A-5. When you say "slicked" up bolt - what did you have done?

My daughter (3 year old) came in while I was looking at your pic. She left and came running back with a lollipop that has almost the same colors and pattern :) . However, having spent some time down in the Phoenix area, the colors do match the pretty colored dirt you all have down there.

Here's mine

Thats not a dog that's me. I like your goat camo also. I chose the colors by going to the desert and taking some pictures. I then walked it out and at 50 meters it is almost impossible to find it when I put it down. At my age, 60 but a in condition H S wrestling coach I know that if necessary I'll operate within 5 miles of my home and my sons will do the running. I did the 2 mile however with my team yesterday and beat the heavy weights.
