VERY nice rifle. I scored a 1942 Sako. The stock has a couple of storage dings, but she'll be fine in a few weeks, after a little TLC. This is a very nice rifle, indeed. If anyone is on the bubble on this one, tip to the historic side......C&R guys, bite the bullet and buy it.
Bore is shiney, rifling is sharp, trigger is spongy, but light, and sights seem useable. I can tell already, the stock will be great. These are VERY fine rifles. If you think they're a typical Russian built rifle, you need to change the opinion. Swiss K31's, are exceptional, but have nothing over these beauties. I'd nearly call it a draw....
