The four Mosin Nagant 91/30's came in today from J&G Sales. I had ordered them last Thursday. I told the dealer to pick out 2 for me without opening the boxes and put 2 aside for a friend of mine. The two I got are gems. They have very little cosmoline on them. They are in excellent condition, new looking bores, the serial numbers match on the receiver, bolt, trigger/magazine assembly and bayonets. Best of all they came with brass capped handguards instead of steel. I have never seen that before.
Not bad for $59.95 a pop. Mine are Tula Arsenal made in 1940 and 1944. The other two were 1939 and 1943. They all came with dog collar slings, oilers, ammo pouches and bayonets. I didn't need a 14th and 15th Mosin Nagant but at those prices they were irresistible.
