Those are standard equipment with most $100 Big 5 M91/30s, so my local gun shops invariably have buckets of cheap Mosin accessories. Seriously. Check your local used gun store/pawn shop. They're probably selling them for $2 each and throwing in a free ammo pouch with purchase.

It's tougher to get the pre-war Civil Guard equipment, but it's out there. Also look over on the swap and sell on the MN.net gunboards

You aren't looking for a 'mosin nagant kit'
you need to look for a Finnish MN kit, or specific for your rifle, the Russian kits are everywhere, but the fins are much harder to find.
