This seems like a nice platform for an all-purpose, dare I say it, hard to ban rifle. It has a bridge over the round, otherwise open top bolt (unlike the Model 94) so putting a scope or a peep sight is much easier.
My preference would be a military style peep sight.
At any rate, anybody out there got one of these? Like it or not?
I am also looking, as always, at Marlin but there is no need to ask about them is there!
