Mossberg 5500 MkII Field Strip Disassembly

Can't for the life of me figure out how to get the bolt out of the receiver.

No manual available, but in the Mossy 9200 manual, it says

The action spring is located ahead of the receiver and will normally push the mechanism
toward the front of the receiver after the barrel has been removed. The operating handle
will rest against the front edge of the ejection port. Push the action bar slightly rearward
and while holding the mechanism, remove the operating handle by pulling straight out.

Could use some pointers on how to remove the bolt handle. Supposedly there's notches to line up and it pulls straight out, but I can't solve this Rubik's cube.
