Hello all,
I got my mossberg 930 field in september of 2008, and since then, through all the rem oil i have put into it, it still squeaks when the action is operated. I've tracked the squeak to the recoil spring in the rear buttstock, and i even disassembled that totally, lubed the tube and the spring, but it still makes that infernal squeaking every time the bolt is pulled back!:banghead: It sounds like the screams of 1,000 dying children! (ok, not that bad, but its making me go insane!!)
What can i do to get rid of that evil screech and have any other 930 owners out there noticed it?
