Where can I get a better more durable recoil pad for a Mossberg synthetic stock? I would like just plain regular rubber pad like what most wood stocks have.

I second the limbsaver idea. I love mine and helps much even when hammering out full duck loads.

Limbsaver or Kick-eeze if you want a pad only. Otherwise, the Knoxx products complete stocks are very nice, as well as the Hogue "over-molded" stocks

The Limbsaver's a great idea, the Knoxx isn't. I tried one, and found that every once in a while, because the entire gun moves a bit to absorb the recoil by collapsing the spring mechanism inside, that my foreend would travel about halfway thru it's stroke, which would keep the short stroke that I had left from ejecting the spent shell completely. This would only happen one out of every 10 rds or so but it was enough of a concern to me that I went back to factory stock with a limbsaver pad. I can also reach the safety now without altering my grip, an added bonus that you weren't able to do with the pistol grip. It did cut a lot of the recoil though.
