i was wondering whether i should get the synthetic or wood stocked m500. How is the quality of the synthetic? Are they sturdy or soft and squishy. How did you find the quality of the hardwood stock?
The synthetic is hard plastic and very sturdy, and a bit slippery. The hardwood is as good as any other birch/beech stock. Depends on what you like. If you beat up your guns the synthetic is probably the way to go.
