Most accurate 7.62x39 for cheap plinking?

I wanted to know what everyone thinks is the most accurate for cheap target shooting/plinking? wolf, brown bear, hotshot, silver bear, golden tiger. thanks! so far I have only tried wolf but I wanted to get something different and wanted to get some opinions first.
