I just bought some Hornady 170 Interlock FP bullets for my 30-30, and the weight on the bullets have been the most consistent than any others. Out of the 50 I weighted only 4 did not weigh at least 169.9 and most were dead on at 170. I am looking forward to shooting these.
On another note the Remington 150 grain Core-Lokt has been the worst. Most of them weighted 146.x grains.
Oh well.
I really like the shape of the Hornady's as well they look like a 30-30 bullet. Good round nose with a decent meplate. I bet they will get the job done, and from what I read they are pretty consistent in expansion also.
