Mounting issues

I'm mounting a scope on a Westpoint 410 (a pre-accutrigger savage 110 knock off) for a guy and i'm having issues. The scopes elevation keeps maxing out when I bore sight it. I have tried 3 different scopes, 3 different sets of mounts and 3 different rings. I'm starting to pull my hair out in frustration. Do any of you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds like a winner to me.

Measure the distance from center of bore to center of scope, then compare that to center of boresighter, then put boresighter back in box and just shoot it at 20yds. Assuming 1/4moa clicks, inches from POA x 4 (for 1/4moa) x 5 will be the correction.
