i know i have seen most of them but list your favorites. i may have missed some. i have netflix so i should have access to almost all of them.

i guess i can try to list some i have seen:

saving private ryan
band of brothers
enemy at the gates
young guns
red dawn
reservoir dogs
black hawk down
full metal jacket
platoon
hamburger hill
all clint eastwood movies

i would like movies with lots of handguns but any gun is alright.

Handguns? You should definitely watch Collateral. And Heat, even though there are also a lot of rifles, but most importantly they are both great movies:D

And Léon.

But I must warn you, it will be hard not to buy a USP after seeing Collateral...

Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man? (horrible movie but some wild gunplay).

Desperado with Antonio Banderas (also the coolest knife vs gun fight EVER, Danny Trejo ROCKS!)

My all time favorite, "The Gauntlet" with Clint Eastwood.
A bazillion rounds fired into a house until it collapses and then the end where he's running that bus down the gauntlet to reach the courthouse...wow!

Didn't we just have a movie thread?

Thought of another one though to put in the maybe list:

To Hell and Back

heat

Nevermind, somebody has "Heat" already.

OK I'll take the "TERMINATOR" series.

Let's see here...

Collateral - Edit- Scratch this one. Already mentioned.

Heat - Edit- Scratch this one too. Already mentioned.

All the Lethal Weapon movies.

Both Resident Evil movies ( The 3rd one should be along shortly. Heh.. guns and zombies... plus Milla Jovovich. Tough to beat that.)

The Transporter, 1 and 2.

UltraViolet ( More Milla, lots of guns... Strange guns, but guns just the same. And swords... )

Both Underworld movies.

Rundown ( But mostly toward the end )

Mr. & Mrs. Smith

Will that do for a start?

Don't forget "Assissins" with Sylvister Stalone, Juila Roberts and Antonio Banderas speaking of whom was the star of "Desparado" and it's sequal "Once Upon A Time in Mexico". If you like westerns there is "The Quick and the Dead" with Gene Hackman & Sharon Stone not to be confused with a film of the same name (Based on a Louis LaMore novel) with Sam Elliot and Kate Capshaw. Then there is Aaanold in "Total Recall" or "True Lies"

Once Upon a Time in the West - The movie epitome of the suspensful western gunfight, especially the first scene where Charles Bronson outdraws three guys.

True Romance, if only for the line of dialogue by Christian Slater's character, "If there's one thing this last week has taught me, it's better to have a gun and not need it than to need a gun and not have it." He carries what appears to be a 2 1/2" Smith Model 66, if I remember correctly.

The Getaway, the original with Steve McQueen, for the great riot gun action.

Dude, rent "Mean Guns", with Christopher Lambert.

The whole freakin' movie is one big gun fight.

Literally.

If I could find it at Wally World, I'd drop $9.99 on it, hell, maybe even $13.99, but not a penny more. It wasn't that good, despite being one big gun fight.

Oh, and the mambo soundtrack kicks butt. I guess some hitmen have eclectic taste.

BTW, to whomever mentioned "Assassins" with Sly and Antonio, are you sure that was Julia Roberts?

Edit: It was Julianne Moore. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112401/

Dawn of the Dead (remake)
The Replacement Killers
The Usual Suspects (not a lot of gunplay but a bit and it is a great movie).
3000 Miles to Graceland (mostly rifles).

Over the Top Action

SWAT
American Outlaws
(no comments about Colin Farrel)

Patriot Games - I'll always remember that opening scene!
The Replacement Killers
