Oh Boy: Slip Top Pistol for me
I prefer the slip tops for pistol as you don't have to fight the hinged top when reaching for more rounds.
I put the reload label on the bottom and store them upside down.
That way you don't drop ammo when you pick one up.
Also, at the range, with the slip top placed open part up, the partioned bottom can be put in the top at an angle for better ammo access.
How many times have you tried to push a hinged cover back to get ammo and have it tip over:banghead:.
With the slip top, getting ammo is simple without putting the handgun down to fight with that hinged top.
