I just got a mid-length BCM 16" upper. I put it on my 6920 lower with an H2 buffer. The buffer spring has close to 1000 rounds on it. I've put 100 rounds of wolf through the BCM without issue.

Just wanted to note my experience because I have read that BCM gas ports are smaller than most making it unreliable with weaker ammo.

I have about 9,000 rounds through a 16-inch BCM carbine upper, most of which has been Brown Bear, Wolf, and Tula. It's been 100% reliable. I credit the longer dwell time of the 16-inch barrel/carbine gas system combo for ensuring reliability with the lower-powered Russian ammo. I also run an H2 buffer with that BCM upper. My other AR is a Noveske 14.5-inch with carbine gas system but with an H buffer and it too cycles the cheap steel-case stuff just fine.

You'll probably be okay with your current set-up, I would encourage you to just shoot more and not worry about it unless a problem comes up, then you can address it. Perhaps switch to the lighter H buffer for peace of mind if you feel Wolf ammo is weaker.

I put buch of Tula ammo through Chinese AKM. It proved reliable and accurate enough. The big bonuses were low cost and ease with which lacquered non-brass cases can be loaded into 30 round magazines.
