thinking about building an AR... theme is lightweight, budget, but quality

so far in my shopping carts :) i have

$50 PSA lower
$86 PSA BCG
$72 bcm m4 upper demo (bcm)
$40 bcm CH (bcm)
$270 bcm 16" LW middy HF CL bbl (bcm)
$115 Troy extreme 11" rail (troyind)
$80 magpul MOE grip and stock (tacticaldistributors)
$50 vltor .625 gas block (operationparts)
$33 mil receiver extension

so i think that puts me some where around $775 and i still need a LPK and trigger, buffer and spring, and gas tube and muzzle device. what else am I missing?

To go along with your PSA lower, why don't you just buy one of the inexpensive rifles kits? You should be able to easily put one together for about $600.
I built my first AR a few weeks ago with a PSA lower and a Del-Ton Dissipator kit. With my dealer discount it was a hair over $500, but even with the discount it would've only been about $600. Good quality, 100% reliable and shoots around 1 1/2" @ 100 with the right ammuntion.

Matthew the discount code is on their front page. Try FRIDAY

What else are you missing? Shipping from 6 or 7 sites. How much will that run? Just get one of the PSA hammer forged complete uppers with a PSA lower/MOE lower build kit.

fatcat, shipping is free on several of the sites
i looked at the PSA uppers and don't like any of them.

LT, that isn't the same barrel, but for $100, it's good enough. switching from the .625 to .750 gas block saves me another $15 too... though i definitely prefer the BCM bb at same price

If you truly want light weight, and you have the money, a true .625 barrel really cuts it down.
And helps it balance lightweight stocks like your Magpul choice.
Choice is yours, all my $150 pencil barrels shoot perfectly well.

There are some small pins (like gas tube) and other tiny parts,
depending upon what comes with your large parts.

Not familiar with your upper receiver, does it need fwd assist & dust cover parts?

Does your stock (or extension) come with its lockring & cover plate?

Need any special tools to install the forend nut & stock lockring?

One of the guys above mentioned sights (front & rear),
be sure to get heights that match.

Need washer for muzzle device?

Primary Arms has Aimpiont T1s with QD mount for $530.

https://www.primaryarms.com/Aimpoint_Micro_T_1_with_LRP_Mount_Spacer_13320_p/13320.htm

It fits at least 2 of your 3 for theme.

It is a very light RDS. Not sure what that mount weighs but the sight is like 3.5 ounces.

In terms of quality one would be hard pressed to find better than a T1 aimpoint.

It is not particularly cheap but it is a good price on that sight.

I'm tempted to get a lower and BCG at those prices.

oh no doubt. i'm a big fan of T1. been using it for years. it's currently on my SR-15.

midwayusa was selling them for $499 this week. $530 with a QD might even be better

Yeah I saw the Midway deal but went with primary arms for the mount. I figure even if I replace the mount I'll have something I can use on .22 upper.

Well I changed my mind and despite the good deals decided I needed to spend my avail funds ($800) on precision rifles instead of ar15s. And after shopping for a few hrs I suddenly remembered I'm out of powder and bullets!! So I spent it all on berger 140 vlds and r17. Didn't even get a discount :(

Thanks for the help anyway guys!
