My favorite pistol color is… orange?

Excellent CZs all around!

Zero, how do you like the bogies? I’ve been thinking about black or grey grip panels on my “Oranges” and TS2. Sometimes there’s just a little too much color as they are. Notwithstanding the orange baseball cap!

Bogies have pretty extreme grip. Love them.

I'd like to try the new Shadow 2 palm swell bogies on the Ts2. They're thin around the edges, no big step. But thick in the center.

Wish Lok would make a matching Ts2 magwell, like their latest S2 setup.

I love my CZ’s, but they don’t come close to an Atlas. They also don’t come close to Phoenix AG, which uses the same basic design.

CZ’s are awesome for the money, but let’s keep it real.

All the extra awesomeness of the high-end 2011's does absolutely nothing for me. And the Uber high end CZ shaped pistols are vaporware that I'll never get to test thoroughly.

An Atlas Nemesis built my way, is over $7000! And hardly ups my game. It's grip frame, still isn't perfect for me. $7000+ demands perfection. It's 22 cases of ammo.

If they have a normal slide, and normal sights, I'll shoot any Ts2 better due to its shape and balance. (As long as the thumb rest is removed, and very aggressive grips are added) But sometimes I wish for a 1" shorter barrel Ts2, which 2011's do offer.

I plan on custom grinding a slide stop lever down, flat. Sometimes my support hand is over it like a Glock.

And I won't touch anything double stack with a grip safety. That stuff is garbage. If the manufacturer is too short sighted to get rid of the grip safety, I immediately know the rest of the pistol will disappoint me.

If the range is short, I ditch both, and run a Glock for extra speed.

Well that’s subjective. The reality is they are a hell of a lot higher quality than anything CZ produces. I’m not saying everyone needs a $7000 2011, but I’m just keeping it real.

I do love my CZ’s and enjoy shooting all of them, not just what I posted here.

I agree completely on that.

Extremely high quality. Just that the diminishing returns on that, hit me, on the timer.

Even with a far cheaper Ts2, it stings a bit, when my Glock performs best.

That’s definitely fair

I also like my Tanfo Stock II as it compares to the Shadow 2. I prefer the CZ’s trigger, but the Tanfo has the better parts quality and a far nicer finish.

Took the new Orange out today for some frigid range work. American Eagle 115 grain was a la carte. Love the 20 round mags but needed my Lula to get them all in there. Here we are at 30 yards: IMG_3689.jpeg

Not my best but it’s my first go-round with the pistol. Gloves always hinder my performance, too. Anyway, totally happy. Out of the box, it requires a combat hold; I may change that to a six o’clock so I can see the bullseye better. I also do better with smaller targets so I’ll bring the 4” stick-ons next time. The trigger is 1.5lbs and insanely good.
