hello friends!

after almost 2 weeks since i finish my ar lower i finaly, decide what kind of upper i want to install, first i wanted a classic 20'' a2 style...then i was like uhhh...why not a smaller version like the one used by the Delta-Sergeant Hoot - (Eric Bana) in black hawk down, without the same colors, so after looking around all those helpful links send by all of you, i can say that when i finish my ar it's going to look just like this.

Nice, I do like the look of the A2 style, but after shooting one I should have gotten the 16" with the forearm you are going to use. I do not believe the 20" adds anything (for the average shooter) besides weight, and length. Unless your shooting long range (by my definition, as it is different to different people; over 200 yds. or anything you have to use an optic for) Theres very little difference in velocity in the different barrels, that will probably not be noticed.

to do some varmint/clays/target/fun/SHTF shooting under 200 yards i think iron sight are more than fine...BTW my SHTF rifle is a well oiled AK47 with a drum-magazine that i can do 2/3 moa at 100 yard, and the 200/300fps in velocity, i'm sure the varmint/clays/target/fun/SHTF won't even notice
