Springfield Armory Parkerized Mil-Spec



I put 200 rds through it Thursday evening with no malfunctions. I am going to have a trigger job done and a long trigger installed and I will also install better sights (haven't decided what yet). Other than that, I don't plan any other mods for now.

Stay away from the gunsmithing section of this forum, especially the combined 1911 threads. If you spend time there, you will get ideas. I have ideas. There are lots of 1911 parts available. It is a problem.
