I'm new to reloading and have only been doing it for about 3 months. I have a Lee single stage press and I have a Lee Turret Press. Both are doing me well!!!!

First loads were 500 S&W.......70 rounds Hornady 350 gr XTP. 40 grains Lil'Gun and lengths range from 1.953-1.985. Pulled random 10 rounds. All went bang. Very accurate and had some fellow range lookers wanting to shoot it. Both hit bullseye two shots first guy, (kid about 20) second man (about 40) and neither had shot one before. Not bad at 25 ft. and shooting a gun that I know they had to be scared of. Kicked like a 440 gr Cor-bon. If I were a hunter this is the load I would use. (Indoor range)

Second loads were .223. Reloaded about 300 rds. First 200 are 55 gr PSP using 21 gr Benchmark. Next 100 are 55 gr PSP with 23 gr Benchmark. OAL 2.214-2.216. Shot 30 of each and again all went bang with no hiccups.(Bushmaster .223/5.56) All went bang and shot great groups of about 2-3 inches rapid fire from about 75 feet. (Indoor range) I thought pretty accurate. (I typically shoot in the winter only when I'm bored and don't practice nearly enough that's for sure.

Third loads are .45 ACP. Reloaded 300 rounds. Shot two full clips through a Caspian .45, H&K .45, Springfield XD .45, and Glock 21 (1st Gen) .45. All went bang with no hiccups as well. OAL 1.207-1.225. 230 gr LRN using 5.2 grains of Universal. I loved shooting these loads. No real noticable change vs factory loads. Can't say it was very accurate cause I was concentrating on making sure they would all cycle well through each gun. I know a few rounds I pulled about 2 inches right but I don't blame the load, moreso my aim because I don't practice enough. All rounds shot at about 25-35 ft.

The only thing I did notice is how much smoke came from shooting the rounds. I'm assuming Universal is a pretty smokey powder cause that was about the only thing that seemed different than factory loads, but upon looking the guns over after shooting I didn't see what I thought I would see which was a bunch of powder burns on the guns. The Benchmark and Lil'Gun powder didn't seem to show me anything as far as something that I hadn't seen before.

I have to say it felt great seeing all your reloads work well and feel like something you've shot before. I don't have a crono so I have no idea what the velocities are/were. So I consider tonight a very successful night!!!
