A 2.5 inch 6-shot in .454 Casul sounds like the Uber-Snubbie  . I got get me one of them. I wonder what shooting it feels like??

    Make mine a .480.
How long does it usually take Ruger to go from announcement to shipped guns?

    oh, here and there...
oh.my.goodness. the muzzle blast and recoil on my 7.5" super redhawk in .454 casull is impressive. 2.5"?? sheesh - at close range, even if you miss the muzzle blast should set it on fire :p

darn it...now i'm starting to want to shoot both that gun and the s&w 500 in the 4" barrel...

Too bad they don't want to sell them

    I called them.

"We don't have a copy of that memo" < never mind that it's on the company website > and I can't discuss it until we have a copy because we're a public company"...

It's on your website, but, if it's too much of a bother for you folks to talk about one of your PUBLIC news releases, then, clearly, you want me to buy from someone else, which I am happy to do.

S&W is looking better all the time.
