The HRR is what got Mrs Canasta into shooting. She saw one at show & said she liked the flag grips. I went back & got it the next day & made a nice box while I waited for the 22mag cylinder to deliver. Gifted it to her on Valentine's Day & the rest is history-she now has her carry permit & shoots with me every week-Great little gun

I like 'em. I had one a few years back and thought it was OK. The only thing I didn't like was the 6.5 inch barrel. Another of my attempts to tell myself it didn't matter. It did, so I sold it off fairly quickly, but there was nothing wrong with the gun.

I bought another one a few moths back, just because it was there in front of me while I was waiting on a background check. The fact that it was fairly cheap, ($120) didn't hurt any. I haven't gotten around to firing it yet though. To me a 22 is for plinking outside, not shooting at a paper target at an indoor range, and that's about the only place I have to shoot these days, so the 22's help keep the safe from floating away. I'm going to have to just bite the bullet and take a couple to the range one day.

About as plain as you can get I suppose, but it has the proper length barrel. :)

Same here. The location-situation is why I have been able to own multiple .22 caliber firearms for years now that I have yet to shoot, including a Single-Six, Mk-II Target, and at least six rifles. My Rough Riders were tried out on paper. :scrutiny:
