Sadly we made it into American Thinker, Free republic and the below.

I was born and raised here in Rochester with respect shown to me and instilled into me. I have friends and family here who are wonderful people.

There is also scum here along with way too many socialists ready to excuse scum behavior.

I should have connected the post to guns a little better, sorry.
Up here in yankeeville they frown on a persons ability to defend himself so I suppose I'd answer your question by saying they're creating laws to restrict those abilities.
 
I don't see anything in this at all that has to do with guns, shooting, and RKBA.

Yes, the NY legislature is trying to make it harder to own guns. That doesn't seem to have anything to do with mob violence.

There's a possibility that this could prompt a(nother) Strategy & Tactics thread on how to react to various mob violence scenarios, but you'll have to start that thread separately if that's the discussion you want to have.
