My mom has more guns than I do

Sounds like it is getting ridiculous out in CA these days, even more so than when I lived there. I grew up in Humboldt County, joined the military in 80, came back in 87, and left for good in 92. I don't recall jumping through a lot of hoops to buy a gun back then.

One of my brothers just moved from the Corning/Orland area to Elko NV. Now he's buying a bunch of guns he couldn't get in CA.

Up to 94 it wasnt nearly as bad as now. Not even close, imo.

During and after the 94-04 AWB, CA ramped up efforts to reduce crime by coming with more BSC ways to hinder law abiding citizens from buying a gun.

Under both US Federal and State laws, it is illegal for felons to be in procession of firearms or ammo. If you do have either one these items. depose them in a legal manner under both Federal and the State laws where you live.

I had to serve a 2 year probation for a felony when I was 24 to 26, and it was reduced to a misdemeanor upon completion. If you are on Probation, keep you nose clean. Do what you can to show improvement in behavior.

I will strongly advise to get rid of any and all firearms parts.
