The place thats in the picture's is pretty much a dump for those who illegally dump on BLM. It makes me amd that people are such pigs, but if the stuff is there waiting for a load of buck shot.....Area looks like western Texas around El Paso when I lived there 35 years ago. Complete with the trash people dump in the desert. Amazing how much junk is out there waiting to get used for impromptu target practice.
At Wal-Mart (I really try not to buy gun stuff at Wal-Mart) there have a box of 100 shells for $20, are there any deals like for buck shot?Birdshot is a lot cheaper than buck -- and at close ranges you can still have fun mangling the trash.
$30 isn't bad. I bought a S&B ammo from the gun store, it was $0.50 for the buckshot. My Wal-Mart sells cases (250 shells) of bird shot for $30.00
Buck shot is never cheap, but you might look for some Seller & Bellot.

I don;t know, the S&B is quote a bit cheapper though. As long as it goes bang when I pull the trigger I'm happy.www.ammoman.com has some pretty good deals, some federal reduced recoil buck and slugs, 50 shells for $40 shipped, I guess thats a good deal?
Not bad at all, the full sized loads knocked my back a couple steps the first few shots, but not nearly as bad as I was expecting.I don't care how impratical it is, I want one of those. How bad is the recoil?

what about shipping though?
