My Mouse Gun Backup

I do have a mouse gun, Beretta 21A .25 Cal. But here is the one I always have around the house:

I have the .22lr version, I want the .25acp one. My older mod 20 .25acp sucked. My neighbor used to let in his pit bull in the house at night when there was a mouse problem, no mouse problem the next day!

Purchased mine in 1990, not saying the 25 cal is a good defense round at all, but I tilt up the barrel, slide a round in, close the barrel, slide in a mag that holds 8, I have 9 rounds, pull the trigger. It weighs 12 oz., very convenient, don't need any holster, fits anywhere. I like it a lot.

Assuming you're carrying it in a case of some kind, sure. I like the cat.

You do need a holster. Primarily for safety as it will keep the trigger covered. It will also help to keep crap like lint, cookie crumbs, dust, etc out. Also, if will keep the pistol oriented properly for a good draw and not rotate around. It reduces printing as well.

If you are talking about pocket carry I would really recomend a pocket holster for a variety of reasons.

Totally agree, I do have a pocket holster for it, and also a clip on OWB holster for it. What I meant is the size is so small you could hide it easy without. A lot of people carry in a pocket holster and like it, I just can't get use to it. I use the pocket holster and place it inside my jacket, but like the OWB, don't even know its there.

That's why I give him whatever he wants, I am afraid if he gets tiger size, I probably won't be posting on the internet anymore.

Actually he has a great temperament,very gentle, but when I mess with him, and he grabs my arm, man can you feel the strength he has.
