It is Lauer custom weaponry lower with model 1 upper in 6.8 spc. 20" target crown. Will be my pig gun. What optics should I get. Most/all shots will be with in 200 yards. Sorry about messy room and dirty hand guards.

For my budget on optics and rings I would like to stay under $300. I have used Luepolds in that past and like them alot, but dont want to limit myself to only Luepolds. Thank you Iron sight. I cant wait to shoot it.

Nice rifle! The 6.8 will be great. I am still thinking about building a 6.8. Hmmmmmmm........

I like the 1X6 scopes that are out there right now from various manufacturers. I have a 1.5X4.5X28 Nikkon Monarch on one of the AR's for close to 300 yard stuff, and a ? (I forgot what I have on that rifle) 1X6X50 on the Remington 7400 30.06. That way, I can engage close to far and still use the scope. They work great with my growing older eyes!

I was actually checking out swift today on swfa. So you think they are good huh? Thats good to know it sounds like pretty good deal on some nice optics. Thanks buckshot.
