    Great gun. Search a bit here and you'll find a few threads on this gun and the pros and cons.

    Bottom line, you have a really nice compact light .45 with the pt145.

    yes that is the link, I just fixed it in my posting too, I have been reading alot on this gun and seems to be a winner

    First brand spankin new gun I ever bought, love it, te mags have a few issues but nothing major, thumbs up from me

    I need to revisit this pistol. I'm gonna handle some and refresh my memory. Would you guys carry this gun daily?

    AFAIK, no other manufacturer makes as compact a 45 with this gun's capacity. I carry a P11 for the exact same reason; nobody makes anything remotely similar. I'd rather carry eleven rounds of 45acp than eleven rounds of 9mm anyhow.

    The 9 and 40 are a little lighter and a smidgeon narrower.

    In the end they are all great for the size/weight.
