Well, new accessories thanks to Glockmeister and CDNN.

The plug, recoil spring and guide are curtesy Glockmiester and the Hand-All and Leoupld scope mount are curtesy CDNN. Already had the dot sight, a 50mm BSA, from earlier and the JP Customs DoubleRing iron sights have been on there a while.

Just thought I'd share:

I tried a similar mount, but with a different brand name. The legs that attach to the frame via the trigger housing pin make that mount design worthless to me. I find that the legs totally screw up my grip. For FG/R Glock frames, Carver and several other manufacturers make a far superior mount.

I was worried about the grip too. The left side makes a good thumb rest for me and the right doesn't really interfere with my trigger pull since I'm used to pulling with the pad of my finger anyway. Now I'm just worrying about the back being uncomfortable in recoil, as I mentioned.

I figured for $30 it was worth a try. When they were new and going for over $100 it just wasn't worth it, and I didn't want to modify the frame if I could help it. That's why I origionally went with the DoubleRings.

More like having a "high performance Mac", see previous threads of mine ;) I've never been in formal competition with it but I did shoot it extremely well in the "combat" matches at a local range. I certainly wouldn't want to be on it's recieving end.

I can get off hand 2" groups at 25 yards and the fastest double-tap I've done with it @ about 7' resulted in an 1.5" seperation. It's a very quick gun but still doesn't have the trigger potential of a single action but I've shot it enough that the trigger is 2nd nature to me.

I tried to shoot the bulls eye match in the Competition forum with it but the double-rings on a black featureless target over doubled my groups because I had no reference of center. That helped in my decision to get the mount.

It's the most accurate and fastest shooting automatic I owned next to my Browning Buckmark however it feeds and fires much more reliably. The Buckmark gets too dirty and starts to choke after only 100-150 rounds.

The Glock on the other hand I let slide for 1500 rounds just to see what it would do but I got bored and cleaned it.

At least now it has some shape :D It was terribly dull even with the "fancy" sights and the mount and scope only cost as much as the iron sights did so I figured it'd be worth a try.

8 rounds of 135 grain Federal Premium Defense .40 S&W from the Glock rapid fire (all in about 3 seconds or so guestimating) at 7 yards.

I couldn't try this with my regular reloads because I forgot to double check my bullet seater and they were too long to feed reliably in the magazines :banghead:

I'm extremely pleased with how the Delta Elite shot. Here's 10 rounds slow fire at 7 yards.

These were near max hand loads with Accurate #7, new Starline brass, Winchester Large Pistol primers, and 135 gr Nosler JHP bullets. I had a lighter load of powder for the inital 40 rounds I put through it but with the 20 lbs Wolff recoil spring and the 25 lbs mainspring it liked to throw the brass foreward. With the full power loads the brass came back at a nice 30* angle or so.

A full power 135 grain load was my inital goal for tuning the gun and the current configuration really runs the loads nicely so I think I'll refrain from making any changes unless it starts to show signs of discontent.
