My new STI Perfect 10

I waited a while to finally get my Perfect 10, but I am one happy camper today. I got this gun with 2 extra mags and a 40 cal barrel so I can shoot bulk through it. I ordered it from the factory with the hard chrome. I apologize for the pics, but I had to use my iPhone w/o a flash to get any pics to come out and I needed a piece of paper for a decent backdrop (not very good at picture taking). Gonna take it to the range tomorrow and run some rounds through it. Its pretty heavy, feels good in the hand. I have a comparison picture of it next to a FsN (FN FiveseveN). Don't see too many of these, let alone in hard chrome. I have to give it to STI for making such a sweet gun. I hope it shoots half as good as it looks.

I've got a Fusion 6" longslide that I simply LOVE..... and Fusion uses STI frames and some small parts ... so I know what you're getting into!

nickE10mm, not on 10mmtalk. On a lot of forums though. I really just wanted a longslide 10mm for the longest time. Figure I would get the most out of a 10mm and be able to shoot a little bit flatter a little longer. Ive been so busy I haven't had the time to even shoot it. Sad I know, but it will be well used in a few weeks. You see another one in hard chrome? That was part of my bane in it taking so long. That and I did get a 40cal barrel that still needs to be fitted. I was going to go the Fusion route, but I have been waiting on this guy for some time. Glad to see others enjoy this guy as well.

Ahhh... Well if you arent on 10mmtalk then yes, someone else just bought a "perfect 10" ... No pics yet but it's either stainless or hard chrome.

My Fusion 6" 10mm is my HANDS DOWN favorite firearm. Accurate and powerful... Took my 3rd 10mm deer with it last season.

That's cool someone else wanted a hard chrome Perfect 10. I wanted the full length dust cover and a good deer gun. Glad to see you have had good success getting deer with yours. I have many big bore handguns wanted to get one with a auto. I hunt in a sad part of the UP of MI and most of my shots would maybe push 50 yds, but realistically more like 25. A lot of swamp.

I hunt in a very low-deer-population area of SW Missouri...

Whitetail huntin' is hard and you have to be determined and ready to try anything. I have a climber but I've actually gotten all of my deer on the ground... and actually, on the move. Still hunting has worked best so that I can cover enough ground in the big woods to find the dang deer.

Shot are almost ALWAYS inside of 50 yards and its not out of the ordinary for shot to be inside 20 yards .... which is fine. Makes you a better stalker and woodsman.
