So I am trying to decide what my next gun will be. I am looking for some help in making my choice.

Lets start with what I already own, M&P 40, M&P 40c, Sig Mosquito, 10/22, mossberg 500 12ga (scoped slug and bird barrel), 91/30 mosin, remington 760 gamemaster (30-06), M&P15a, WASR 10, ruger standard.

Ok, so with that said there are still plenty of guns I want to buy. As with everyone else my funds are limited, and I usually have to save up for several months to purchase a new gun. I need help choosing which order to buy the guns I want in.

Ill provide a list of guns (in no particular order) I still want to buy, and you guys can put them in the order I should buy them, if you like.

Please, if I leave off a gun you think I cant live without, just list it.

1911, M1 garand, M44 carbine, something semi auto in 10mm, GSG-5, PLR-16, AR-10, bolt action .308, .357 revolver, .44 mag revolver, desert eagle, glock 9mm, some Sig in .357 sig, a really nice trap gun (yeah right).

There are probably still 50 more guns I "want" (like a barret .50 bmg) but these I actually plan to buy in reality, not fantasy gun life.

What do you guys think?

All

Buy all of them and give me what you don't want.

You left out a few things like any particular shooting interest, (Bullseye, PPC, Bench Rest, Military)

Only advice anybody could give is what they would want. That being said get a good 45ACP.

Model4006 I'm just curious but what gun do you want most from the list you provided ?
Are you going to Hunt ? Need a Pistol for conceald carry ? Home Defense ?
Varmint shooting ? Target Shooting ? Just to have ?

These are just basic question but when I get the Hots for another gun it's to use for a certain situation (example) like hunting.

That helps narrow the field some and the research begins for what I think is the right gun for me for a certain application.

These guide lines and others can add to them will maybe save you money in the long haul as well as not being disappointed.

Lastly a list of guns you would like to own isn't a bad idea at all, for you can set goals by it and accquire them when the money is available.

This is all I'll recommend...A.H

maybe youd be better of with one of these

I have to say I'd get the GSG-5. Why? Cause you already have most of your bases covered and you'll shoot it alot (as the ammo is $12/550, etc)....and you'll have lots of fun, I imagine (though I've never shot a GSG, but I've spent lots of time behind MP5s).

You listed a 1911 and later listed something semi-auto in 10mm.

Why not get a 1911 in 10mm and save some cash?

I noticed an M1 Garand on your list. If your serious about one, the sooner you buy it the better off you will be, IMO. Prices seem to keep going up the last several years and I doubt that will change. If your a history buff as well as a gun enthusiast it would be tough to beat adding an M1 to the collection.

I've never had a "list" -- I just shop and purchase whatever is a good deal. And I have a safe full of good deals.
