Went to the range to test fire my m72 I picked up from Classic Arms. Its a shooter! Had some trouble getting it on paper and I still need to work on it but overall it's a nice rifle. It was hard to get a good sight picture, couldn't get my head at the right angle, I need to shoot in more and I'll get it right. Very happy!!!:)

Man, I have the exact same carpet in my house.

Well, to be honest mine doesn't have an M72 on it.

Darn...

Very nice!

Doesn't a barrel mount bipod cause accuracy problems though? I thought bipods were best stock mounted.

Keep being tempted by Classic Arms, need to find a low priced FFL transfer around here...

All* the RPK versions have the bipod mounted that way. The barrel is heavier than a standard AK, which helps. I have no trouble putting them in the ten ring at 100 yards with iron sights... with a well worn barrel. Now you need a drum mag! And Blu, if you define "here", I'm sure some members will have suggestions for you.

The Yugos are my favorites, especially the RPK.

*Century's original repro (AES-10) had a thinner barrel and improperly located bipod.
