So, the nightmare backlog of orders has an interesting upside. I have 10 pounds of something coming from Bruno Shooters. Primers? Powder? Bullets? Bananas?

Who knows? They are too busy to send an internet invoice so we'll see what it is when it shows up.

Powder Valley is similar, but the surprise is when I get the invoice in my inbox.

I at least know that I have 400 bullets coming on Monday, so it looks like I will get through all the matches this summer without running out of ammo. Right now I have 51 Match Kings, 47 Hornady FMJBTs, and 37 Sierra FMJBTs in the cabinet, along with some .30-30 bullets that I don't use very much of. I have a few more pounds of powder, plenty of rifle primers, and the next issue will be getting enough pistol primers to feed the Dillon 550B I'm going to order in the summertime to supply my Bullseye habit this fall and winter.

I hope you all are starting to get your backorders in too!

10 pounds of primers??? Woot!

Go big, or go home, right?

You made me look through my invoices. It looks like my primers are on order from PV instead of Bruno's. Now that I look back in my inbox, Lester owes me 1500 .30 cal bullets and 9 pounds of powder. Must be the powder.

PV owes me 2000 primers and 4 pounds of powder on top of the bullets that are on the way.

I'm not in hoarding phase yet. Just wait until things get back in line and my wife forgets about all the magazines I bought in anticipation of the upcoming ban...then there will be some very unhappy UPS drivers in my neighborhood.

I had a regular ups driver for the longest time. He retired.
He was also a reloader.

Every time he delivered a box from midway, he was almost as excited I was.

Oooh, ooh, what'd you get???
