Another option in mini revolver is one of the old Freedom Arms offerings. The only negative is the front sight blade had annoying tendency to eventually fall off.

My Dad stil carries an H&R Vest Pocket in .32 S&W from time to time.Poke around on gun broker until you find a shooter condition H&R Young America in .32s&w. Its a little bigger than a NAA Mini, but not by much.
It's the smaller of the two pictured:

Not so. In addition to their current line of pocket semi-autos, NAA once made a full size single action chambered in a .45 Win Mag lengthened to 1.344" called the .450 Magnum Express. Hodgdon's still lists load data for it.As for as I know NAA only marketed a SA like the Black Widow I carry every day.

Ouch. No. Bad idea, unless you like pain or unless you want to shoot low recoil rounds.

The .38 wadcutters are not better than a .32 Mag with a good hollow point.I figured I’d carry it with .38 Wadcutters.
It IS little though.
Poopy little round, but still better than a .32.
Sorta.
Kinda.
