I think with that grip safety configuration,at that time it was marketed under the 318/418 or Bantam.It's basically a Model 1926 3rd variant.It seems to be in nice condition.
Cool. Patent 1919 Model 418 Third variant. The serial numbers put it about a third of the way into the total production. Also might be known as a "Model 421," but I'm unsure.Hmmm. Here's a photo of the gun on that wonderful Italian web site:
