My random thoughts...
Guy is definately in need of some common-sense injections regarding carrying his glock. That COULD have been much worse.
I think the legal harassment was BS, and searching his appt was BS. Like someone said - fishing expedition. There was no intent to harm anyone, and he shouldn't be treated like a criminal.
I hope NH doesn't turn into MA, I'd like to move there!
There are no restrictions on "handicap" stalls. If they are empty, they can be used by anyone. Obviously, the courtious thing would be to choose the non-handicap stall, but if it the only stall available, too bad, I'm going! Besides, a lot of places only have one stall and it is configured for hadicap access. What am I supposed to do then? I know the Wall-Mart in Bennington VT is like that.
