Anyone own or tried the "NATO" length AK stock from KVAR? Aside from overall length / compactness issues, does the full length buttstock allow any more accuracy or comfort while firing? I'm shot the shorter "standard" version...just wondering which to get.

Chindo,

I've got the NATO lentgh stock set on my SAR-1 now. I like it. It feels better to me. As for accuracy, I couldn't really say one way or the other.

a question; what is the length in inches of the NATO stock from the reciever(not overall length but just the part that sticks out) versus the warsaw stock?

I prefer the NATO as well...

I have the black KVAR set on my SAR1

Here's one issue in favor of the Warsaw length: All the high speed low drag guys are spending $$$ on collapsable AR stocks, like wise with short pull lenths for shotties ect. Of course body armor is an issue, but guess what; that short LOP is very quick to mount indoors ect when CQB is the game. I found the East German Knobby red stocks to be ideal length for room clearing ect with an AK!;)

I have short arms, so I either had my M4 stock fully collapsed, or at most, one click out.

Typical ComBlock stocks work great for me. :)
