I'm planning on going to the gunshow in Charlotte at the end of the month, and I'm planning on purchasing a WASR from the guys at Classic Arms. So my question is, what are the rules in NC for gun purchases by non-NC residents?
I live in SC, and to further complicate matters, I'm a resident of Washington state.
Can I walk out of the show with my rifle, or would I have to wait?
