He’s a big boy. I suppose if he fell, flat down on his chest, and the knife was pointed at his chest, his body weight would drive it straight into his heart.

Weird things happen, in 10th grade a kid was killed at my school from slashing a tire which blew out and stuck him in the heart.

A piece of garden hose over the tip of a standard plastic or metal tent stake to guard the tip would do.
