Never saw or heard of one. The .25 ACP bullet is an oddball .251" diameter. Make one up for .258" bullets and use the lighter .25 rifle bullets for more versatility.
There was the .22 Goldstein Luger of the 1960s. The light bullets did not generate much recoil and function was erratic, though.
I believe NorthAmerican Arms makes a Caliber using the .32acp and its necked down to use a .25acp dia. bullet. They also do that with the .380 & neck it down to a .32. Go to there web sit and check it out. LM http://www.naaminis.com/32naa.html
