Need a barrel for Star Modelo Super 9x19

I have a Star Modelo Super in 9X19. The lug on the bottom of the barrel has torn almost off. The pistol will no longer function in semi mode. I need a need barrel. Any suggestions?

No joy at either place. Looks like it may be a wall hanger.
