Need a good paddle mag holder

So I have now started carrying an extra mag while CCW'ing not so much for the extra ammo as the fact that most auto failures are on account of the magazine. (But 15 extra rounds doesn't sound like a bad idea anyway)

However occasionally I need to take the gear off and would like to find a paddle mag holder. Any suggestions?
