Need a laser for Mossbert 500A Persuader.

Any suggestions? I'd probably put the pistol grip on if I got the laser.

Oh, one more thing. If I did put the pistol grip on, would I be able to put a shell holder anywhere on my gun?

Also, looking for a laser, maybe $100-150 tops. Maybe one that has a pressure switch either on the pump or one that can be routed to the pistol grip.

You can put a "sidesaddle" ammo carrier on a pg equipped scattergun. For the laser- I'd suggest looking on ebay. There are lots of choices out there.

Also- is this an HD setup or your "fun gun" ? If this is for defense I'd strongly suggest using one with a stock.

If the OAL is a big concern you can still get an M4 style stock and collapse it, use a folder, or get a Mossy/Maverick/Hi Standard manufactured bullpup.

This is a home defense gun. When the stock is on it's a fairly large gun. With the pistol grip it's smaller and a LOT more movable in close quarters.
Recoil is not a problem with pistol grip, I've shot 2 3/4 slugs with it on too. Not too uncontrolable, but it does kick. The 00 buck doesn't recoil much.

Perhaps I should get a shorter stock instead of a folder?

What do those abbreviations mean by the way?

PG- is pistol grip OAL is over all length.

I wasn't thinking of just recoil- I was thinking of accurate shot placement, at high speed, under stress, in a situation where loved ones/innocents may be close.
