Need a new recoil spring, suggestions needed.

I bought myself an RZ-10 and I'm not sure how may rounds have been put through it before I picked it up. I've been doing some research and 10mm apparently should get new recoil springs every few thousand rounds. Looking around it seems a #22 pound spring is the way to go, however I'm not sure if heavier might be in order or what. Also I've done some minor research on EFK firedragon springs and they seem to be quality. Any suggestions or info anyone can drop on me?

I'd use what it came stock with unless you are having problems. Delta Elites came with dual-rate 23 lb. springs. I don't know about an RZ-10.

Lots of folks use Wolff springs. I have begun to like ISMI springs, but I don't think they make a 10mm one for the 1911.
