I need a quick price check on a Glock 19, NIB (from a retail store) with two 10 round mags. The sale price is $450. Good, bad, indifferent?

currently topglock.com has them on sale for the same price you have at your local retailer. $450 is a very reasonable price for a NIB Glock 19, especially when you consider your savings on shipping and transfer fees if you bought online. Plus, you would be supporting a local dealer which is always good. (assuming this is a brick & mortar store)

its a glock! personally i wouldnt pay more than $450 for one. personally, if i were looking for a glock, i'd find one that has normal capacity magazines instead of neutered ones.

other deals are out there. you may save tens of dollars at best.

Around here: $499 at Gander Mountain, Galyans etc..., $525 at local shop range are normal prices. So for me that would be a decent price.

Best price I could find on GunsAmerica is $450 NIB. Some used specimens for less.

Mags, schmags. If you're like me, you'll be putting Gaston Glock's kids through college on mag money. :D If the store's selling it for that, go for it!

OTOH, just $7100 will get you this little number:

$418.95 for a stock model, after tax.

But, that's with the LE discount. You could always find a cop who is trying to sell a used one. No, that's not an offer, I like my G19. And my G27, G22, and G23. :D

I purchased a used pre-ban model with two 15 round magazines back in June which, with the sales tax and the usual $10 background check fee, cost $587 plus change. Compared to some States that's a bit pricey, but in my opinion it was worth every penny. :)
